We are offering low-cost blood draws on Friday, December 13th from 8:00 am - 10:30 am.  Individuals who take advantage of this do not need a doctor's order for the labs offered. 

Individuals pay lab price of the labs they are requesting, plus a $15 draw fee.  Cash or check only. 

Blood draws are offered by appointment, and openings are limited, call for an appointment at 660-258-7251.

Labs offered: 

• Thyroid panel: $20
• CBC: $6
• CMP: $10
• Hemoglobin A1C: $10
• Lipid Panel: $7 **must be fasting**
• PSA: $12 (men only)
• TSH: $7
• Vitamin D: $16
• Vitamin B12: $10

Results will be sent via mail to the patient and can be sent to a primary care physician if requested. If you do not have a primary care physician, we can refer you to available options in the area. 

**For fasting labs, nothing by mouth except water or black coffee, from midnight until time of the lab draw.**
